Training Program Participation Waiver
By registering my child for this training program, I acknowledge that participation in soccer training involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury from contact, falls, or environmental conditions.
I understand that RSMG staff will make reasonable efforts to maintain safety, but I release RSMG, its coaches, and its representatives from liability for injuries that may occur during normal training activities.
I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate and has no medical conditions that would make participation dangerous. I authorize RSMG to seek emergency medical treatment on my child's behalf if needed.
I grant RSMG permission to use photos and videos taken during training for promotional purposes.
Refunds for missed sessions will follow the policy stated in the program details.
